Heart Disease Clinical Coding & Documentation Education Program in Australia and New Zealand

• The primary aim of this project is to identify areas for improvement for clinical coding and documentation for heart disease.

• To develop, implement and evaluate an online education session aimed at improving clinical coding of heart disease episodes admitted to hospitals.

• To expand the program and provide an online education session for clinicians to improve heart disease documentation.
